I spent all day today cleaning and tearing apart the house looking for my fit bit installed the the app and found it within 15 minutes in the closet ! We’re my LO likes to hide ! So pleased !

Don’t waste your money for your Zip

It doesn’t mention this until AFTER you’ve purchased the app, but it’s nearly worthless with the Zip. Since the Zip hibernates fairly quickly after no movement, you’ll only be able to find it with this app AFTER it’s you’ve already found it the old fashioned way (by tearing your house apart) and you wake it up, or if you already have it clipped to your body. And even then, the signal is nearly too weak to detect. What a waste.

Didn’t help me

My Fitbit was on my bathroom sink in the next room and this app never pinged it. It did sync to other people’s devices when I went looking for mine in Walmart. I’m not happy with the 5.99 app price when I found it and the app didn’t help.

I thought the app thinking my daughter had lost her watch and when I got home she had already found it. How do I cancel this? I try to use the link to find help and it would not open.

After looking for my Alta HR for hours I surrendered to buying this app. I am very grateful and also amazed that within 15 I found it hanging from a hanger in my closet. Who know how long it would have taken me to wear that item and find it. Thanks.

Does not work!

I lost my Fitbit and downloaded the app. My girlfriend has one that is supposedly comparable with the app (flex). With her sitting right next to me, the app couldn’t detect her Fitbit, let alone mine (charge 2) which is likely a little farther away. Not helpful and a waste of money.

Sometimes you misplace things in the most uncanny places that you would never check. Places you already checked and double checked. I was about to give up and buy a new one. $6 on an app is much better than $150 on a new Fitbit. If it's ur last resort, use it.
