It works only if you turn off blue tooth and close the FitBit app. This is the second time I have lost the FitBit. Luckily I read the instructions first this time

I have had this app a few years and I use it all the time. Even if I casually misplace it I don't waste time I just turn on this app to know which place I tossed it. Helpful to know quickly it's clipped to something in the laundry basket instead of the bathroom shelf.... and that doesn't count the times I have really lost it! I would NOT be without this app.... so worth it.

This app does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. It literally found my fitbit within minutes. The technology is crazy. Where was mine you ask, buried under a pile of clothes in my closet!

I downloaded this app because I lost me Fitbit flex 2 days ago at a bonfire so I went back up to it and it wouldn't pick it up on the stupid scanner thing how do I get my money back because it says that money back if it does not find it.
