Good game - Bad controls

This game is a classic and having it on my phone is amazing. This is one of my favorite games of all time. That said, bringing this to a cell phone isn’t an easy task. I have seen other game ports like earlier Final Fantasy games with touch screen controls to make selections in battle that are fluid and make sense. To make a virtual controller for this ruins the whole experience and makes it difficult to play. If they could do it for other games, why not here?

I loved this game on the consul but can’t get through certain unimportant parts due to control flaws. Keeps stopping me from sneaking out of the house. Paid ten dollars for crap
Don’t buy if you have an iPhone X

First off no issues with the game, just the terrible work from square in optimization of resources. If they are going to charge a premium for these games they should keep them up to date or drastically reduce the cost. Controls are tiny and cluttered. Uses approximately 55-60% available screen real estate. If you leave the app running in background for a couple minutes it will reset to last save. They will probably never update for iPhone X resolution so maybe it would be decent on the iPad? I wouldn’t know. Much like every other aspect of life, this port is disappointing.
Bug in the Bone Village

I’m unable to climb the ladder while digging for the Lunar Harp in the bone village. I can climb it perfectly when not digging for the harp. I can’t move forward in the story without the harp. Please fix this bug!!
This is the worst port, they’ve just drop the support

This port isn’t updated for X models, drop in frames, wrong aspect ratio, controllers are bad. I contacted developers for refund, no signs from them and they’ve already charged me. I would love to have this port BUT PLEASE UPDATE IT, its unplayable and not worth the money without support. I wouldn’t even give a star if i could. PLEASE UPDATE IT!

Love the game, hate the crappy programming. Under no circumstances should you ever put the game down without saving because square is a lazy jerk and the game completely reboots if you do. Save your money or buy on steam or from the ps store
