I downloaded this app last week didn’t like it so I went on my apple app and unsubscribe it before it expired but I was still billed for it smh. I emailed them hopefully they will help.
Poor Communication & bad service.

So I purchased a $36.99 filter a week prior to the date. Just for the date to come and there be no filter and the time be set in the pacific when the location was on the east coast. I emailed several times and did not get a response or refund or credit anything. When in all honesty I just wanted the filter for the special occasion. Thanks for nothing and a waste of my money. Do not use this app.

I’m so confused...I just paid $50 for the whole year..and when I made a filter I still needed to pay again!! I so wish I got my money back. I should’ve just use Snapchat and it wouldn’t be this expensive. Like what did I pay for????

This app said 7 day free trial and I was charged on day 1. At this point I don’t even want the app. Refund! Thanks!!

This app asked if I wanted to have a seven day trial which I know you need to use the app but I didn’t want to spend any money so I said clicked away and then it asked for my finger print like on the AppStore to buy things again I clicked away but then it took my money. It took $2.49 away from and it doesn’t seem like much but I’m still very mad.

The filters are so cute and high quality! I absolutely love this app! Hopefully they don't screw it up with updates like other apps do!
