i tried to create a filter pop account, but when i tried to hit create it didn’t make one..? i can’t even get into the app.

I couldn’t even create an account, and it would not tell me why it wouldn’t let me make an a account! I tried multiple different passwords with dashes and numbers and letters but none of them worked.
