Poor Communication & bad service. – FilterPop for Snapchat Review

So I purchased a $36.99 filter a week prior to the date. Just for the date to come and there be no filter and the time be set in the pacific when the location was on the east coast. I emailed several times and did not get a response or refund or credit anything. When in all honesty I just wanted the filter for the special occasion. Thanks for nothing and a waste of my money. Do not use this app.
