Issues with the Smooth 4 connection

I purchased the app a few days ago and it worked the first day but I am now having issues connecting to the gimbal. At first I believed it may have been the gimbal but it connects perfectly with the ZY Play app. Meaning something must have changed with the Filmic Pro app somehow. This was the main reason for purchasing the app. Once this is corrected I will update my review to 5 stars.

I just brought this app and it does not work well with iPhone 8 Plus every time I open it it crashes and closes I want my money back!!

Love this app with the Zhiyun Smooth 4 gimbal Its like a perfect match with my iPhone XR! I have made a lot of videos and it shoots 4K/60fps on extreme and I love it. I’m not a professional by any means but it has all of the adjustability that I will need. Now for the reason I give it 4 stars I have used this combo for the last 7 months or so with no issues but I had to leave the gimbal for a month. Now for some reason filmic will not recognize my gimbal but the zy play app connects with no issues. Fix this and I’ll be back to give you your 5 stars!

Where is multi-cam feature? I purchase the app is for that function. And any other cheap camera app has multi-cam features a few months ago already. And your big company still doesn’t provide it !!!??? Very disappointed !!!

I thought it will be more refined feature. The confirm button annoying in the middle of the screen and there's no option to change camera while filming. Hope it will be fixed.

I have to say this app is really amazing, I do YouTube and Instagram videos, sometimes I do interviews, which is why I use a Zhiyun Smooth 4 and connect it to Filmic Pro, it was working amazing for a while but now, it won’t connect, can no longer use it with my gimbal but still an amazing and feature rich app.
