Crashes constantly and never records

For 15$ I expected this app to be great. Instead, it crashes every 4-4.5 minutes. Says it’s recording but only saves 4 minutes of footage. Black screens all the freaking time. Crashes when connected to my Mac. Stops recording for no reason and with no notification. White presents never save no matter how many times you save them. Always reset as soon as you navigate away. This is ridiculous. I lost an hour of important footage. I was better off using the standard camera app, this was an absolute waste of 15$. If you’re trying to film something for more than 30 seconds, look elsewhere. Horrible, horrible app.

Just updated the app and the landscape orientation doesn’t seem to work anymore. One would think for $20 this app would be close to perfect??? It’s very disgraceful. I would take my money back if I could. Update: it wasn’t the orientation lock. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also the Manual Focus scale is way too close to the shutter button at the lower right corner on the iPhone X. Can it be shrunk and moved a little to the inside like on the 8plus??

I really loved this app but now crashes on my iPhone 7 Plus. Last 2 updates have been like this!!! EDIT: I followed the developers instructions below and now the app is working fine thanks very much! :)
Why isn’t the mic picking up the sound?

I’ve had this app for a while now and loved it so much but I just tried to use for the first time in a while and now the mic isn’t picking up any sound. I restored to default settings, didn’t work. I uninstalled and installed the app again, didn’t work. I restarted my phone, didn’t work. The audio that’s being picked up is at a level that’s basically soundless. I can barely hear. Also there’s nothing wrong with my phone because my Camera app, Snapchat, and Instagram are still recording video with great sound. I need this fixed ASAP!!!

Very happy since the reinstall. I will do that before reviewing. Thanks for the quick response and help. I reloaded the app, and it is now working.

Like with most Apps this involved, I’m sure at some point the multiple issues will be worked out. But using a brand new IPhone X and spending the $$ for the App, you’d think MOST of the bugs ( there’s many) would be not existent at this point. If you’re going to charge at minimum $14.99 for this, make sure the customer is going to be blown away!! I’m not lol. Oh, and the audio pick up is probably the worst of ANY App. Very sad indeed. ?? Edit/ Update: After deleting/ re-downloading the App a couple of times, the App has functioned flawlessly!! Definitely a 5 Star App, and worth every penny ?
