No easy way to unsubscribe, I want to unsubscribe as it wouldn’t allow me to edit my PDFs, and If it did, it would be all scrambled and not properly show.

I got charged $120 for a year. Yesterday was my cutoff for my “free trial”. Tried for 2 days to contact them but “contact us” doesn’t work. I finally managed to unsubscribe thru settings on my iPad. But now I’m stuck with being charged the $120. Very frustrating! Hoping developers will read this and refund me. Beware on downloading for yourself, I will update if they do a refund but as of now…I feel like I was scammed

It charged my card 120 and I tried to cancel but it didn’t let me. Talking about my feedback was sent successfully what bogus right.

Customer service DOESNT WORK i got charged 120$ and DID NOT SIGN UP FOR and cant get ahold of anyone i havent even used the app yet and opened it and got charged. Im going to have to dispute this with my bank unless they fix this.

they practically STOLE money from me i am trying to CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION and they dont let me and done even have customer service on the app or anywhere!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, thiefs.

Every time I tried to save the document, it kept telling me to subscribe even though I WAS subscribed. Couldn’t do anything with it. Waste of time.
