1 year ago I downloaded this app, after 7 days and not being able to cancel my subscription it charged me 119.99$. A year later today it has again charged me 119.99$ and I have no way of contacting these people. I’m a single father of 2 girls and in the middle of a pandemic, and all I want is my money back, I need answers.
Not worth having

I did not see anything about how much it cost. I very upset about that but that’s not really the biggest issue. I filled out everything on a document and when I printed it off everything was blank. Definitely not worth the money. I didn’t realize I only had seven days to cancel but I guess that’s my fault but when I canceled I should get some money back. $128 is a lot for one unfilled paper. Will not be using it again. Definitely won’t be recommending it.

The app will not cancel or stop charging you. I didn’t even know I downloaded the app and now I am charged $120 and $2.99 a month. I have written emails, I have called. Nothing will stop them from charging you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!
Many things wrong with the app

Can’t edit text after placement, there’s problems resizing text size and after completion and placement of text the entire document shifts and it just looks horrible, asked myself multiple times who designed this stupid app

I did a free trial and it won’t let me unsubscribe due to fact that trial is still active today is last day, I don’t Like it! Please help and contact me
