Truly designed for mobile use, with collaboration in mind, Figure gives you drums, bass and lead synths. All controlled through an incredibly easy to use touch interface that gets you sounding great literally in seconds. Slide your finger across the play pad and hear your bass line play. Tweak the Rhythm, Range and Scale Step wheels to get the result you’re after. Programming drumbeats is just as easy. Set the rhythm and play the drums with your fingers. You won’t want to stop. You won’t believe how amazing you and your phone can sound.

Want big fat sounds and a unique interface to sketch out banging ideas for electro tracks?!!! Some of the best sound design on the market on any platform. Amazing way to make quick and inspirational loops. The only gripe is creating a completed track ready for release requires painstaking .aiff exporting into a daw - either on iOS or a pc. IMHO this loses the intuitive vibieness that makes the special sauce so good in figure. As we all know once frozen in .aiff sounds cannot be tweaked via software patch but must be manipulated as samples. What gives some hope is that Propellerheads just added a lightweight .figure file format in the most recent Aug 23 update - let's hope they intend to make an import function for Reason. To many other features to list - for .99 best value in music there is out there for an iOS app.

One thing that I See popping up a-lot in the ratings is hat when alihoopa closed, all my music did too. Not for me! All you have to do is log in with your free propellerhead account and bam! All of your music is back! - please add a 3 beat per bar mode - please make it able to export your songs to other propellerhead apps (I want to put some lyrics behind my song, but have no way to export it to take) if their is a way, please let me know

Sleek interface and fun to use. It’s doesn’t have the editing capabilities to be a stand-alone creation tool for anyone doing professional production....but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t prove to be useful. My only gripe is that my iPad seems to slow down and lag during actual recording. That lag is non-existent when I’m just working out ideas before hand.

I’m going to be honest I’m not sure what is wrong with that difficult login, but well worth it. I’ve used the app for years and love it’s fun and addictive easy way to create your new music and enjoy your project I used it for movie production

Figure is just amazing. I think it may be overlooked by some due to it’s welcoming, simplistic visual design, but oh there is a lot of power underneath. The creator/s of Figure definitely know music theory. Big thanks to Reason Studios and Propellerhead for resurrecting this jewel. I’ve created many tunes with Figure. It’s the best. Hands down.
