Just no

Nonahnah

Poorly designed application with VERY short time frames to complete a mission. So just wait until you have more time, right? No. Because the only missions that don't make you feel like a creepy perv taking pictures of people without their knowledge go fast. On the rare occasion that you get a good mission, they deny you your money for no good reasons. Don't get this app.

Bad App

I do not recommend this app. You ONLY have 2 hours to complete assignments. Then you may not get paid for them. I'll stick with my Gigwalk App. It's much better.

better than Easy Shift nowadays...

Pa12anoid_And12oid

Yes, you only have a two hour window to complete a job and most are only $3 but the jobs are super easy (a photo or two and some questions) and are reviewed and approved quickly. If a job is denied and you feel it was a mistake, their support team is quick to respond and will hear you out, sometimes reversing the decision. Easy Shift used to be my favorite but with the cluster it has become, Field Agent is taking its place.

Love it !

Payments have gone down, TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS

fwoom

The payments for jobs have really gone down since I first signed up. That has been a challenge, and I find myself doing far fewer, as it's just not worth the time. The new thing, and this is very frustrating, is the number of notifications I receive for an available job, including a job I do not qualify for. I get it, guys, you need someone who fits a certain category to do a job. I can't do right now. STOP SENDING ME NOTIFICATIONS EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES. I finally just turned off the notifications for the app. I couldn't handle the incessant requests to do a certain job. Way, way, WAY overboard there. It's like having a needy girlfriend who won't leave you to go about your daily business when you're away from her for 10 minutes. Sheesh.

Worst app ever

Shoprite queen

Nothing positive to say about this app. The people who run the app are a bunch of thieves. You will spend twice if not three times the amount of money being offered on jobs -for gas just to get to the locations. They also reject jobs at the drop of a hat and no doubt they still give some if not all of the information to the "client" even if they reject it and didn't pay you for it. Instructions are never clear and it's a guessing game when taking photos. No way to check if a photo is clear and that's their usual excuse for not paying people. The web designer for this app just isn't good and can't put together a decent well working app.

Don't waste your time

The payout isn't that great, and if your GPS coordinates are slightly off they will deny you the job finish. I didn't find this worth it and it was overall and extremely frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

new update causes communication errors!

la_laura

I don't usually review, but I've become frustrated with this app, and tech support has not offered any suggestions aside from canned responses that do not answer or solve the issue. I loved this app, but now it's more frustrating than it's worth! I used to be able to submit jobs on cellular data, but now it only connects through wifi. They suggest you log onto the store wifi to submit jobs, but not every store has wifi! If you try to connect with cellular data you get 'communication error' pop ups. So if you want to submit your job within the two-hour window, you have to search for a wifi hotspot. Sometimes they deny your job if you don't submit from the job/store location. If they're going to insist on that, then they need to fix the cellular data issue! Please fix this issue and we're back to five stars!!

Easy money

I haven't had any problems with the app, I actually make money every month, $20, $40, sometimes only $7 in a month but the only time I had a job rejected was when I made a mistake that these guys actually showed me so I wouldn't make it again. Jobs are easy to do, usually just a couple questions and pictures. If you are already near these jobs and it is just a short drive then it is a nice, easy way to make a few bucks.

Pleasantly surprised

In 2014, I started using easy shift as a way to make a couple of extra bucks. Fast forward to 2016 and after such bad experiences with ES, started performing work with FA when looking up similar crowdsourcing apps. You will not be disappointed with FA. The balance between pay and requirements for each job is very fair - they let you know what the job is before you accept it so even though you may not like the pricing as some other users have cited, you know what you are getting into before you accept something. Most importantly, I have had numerous scenarios where I either had required support or had a denial and reached out or just had general questions on how to best use the app. Every single time I was replied to quickly and thoroughly. If you have a rejection, you are provided with a hard copy of the job and the reasons why. On top of that, comments and appeals are addressed immediately. There is no confusion about objectives, and communication is consistent. Unlike some competitors whose methodology for payment, support, and appeals are completely ambiguous. This company values your work, and are extremely professional. I have also received emails following some of the more complicated jobs (I.e. -large appliance audits that paid $11-$21 each for 30 questions with 7 photos) that I completed that were approved just to thank me for the hard work I put in. There are companies that have a great product that lose you with the lack of service. This is one that has a great product/opportunities, and I am positive that you will also find that you will want to do more of their work when you see how great their service is for the agent in the field. They foster a sense of loyalty through valuing the agent and can take criticism and build on it. Know that you won't be threatened with being locked out of the app if anything you have to say isn't complimentary or all roses. They get that things happen and try to fix what they can from either a technical end (quick app bug fixes) or a feedback one (actually taking your suggestions into account to improve the experience of info gathering). Your not going to make a living off of this app but it is easy to pull in $100-300 a month especially if you have a job with a lot of travel. Jobs are everywhere and you take what you feel comfortable doing or what you can handle. I read some other reviews on the App Store and while every user is entitled to their own opinion - I do have to disagree with other reviews claiming that it is difficult to complete jobs or that they get rejected often. The directions of each job are spelled out to exact specification and the longest I've ever had a job waiting to go from under review to accepted has been 2 days. In conjunction, the percentage of jobs I have completed and that have been rejected has been less than 2%. I have to say that this company has excelled in every area since downloading the app earlier this year. Very pleased. I would recommend for companies or retailers to utilize FA, and for individuals to try being an agent. For the record, I also have no connection with this company so you can believe my review is honest and accurate. I work in insurance and this is a great way to pass time when I am on the road and waiting for my next appointment window on days where I can't schedule a tighter time frame in between the many places I am required to go to.
