I read their instructions and followed them carefully, yet they always found a reason not to pay me. They receive the content they want and never pay!

The front and back end of this app are pretty bad, and the push notifications start to get ridiculous. What's worse, though, is that the instructions are terrible. The scavenger hunts are never findable and the jobs are consistently confusing, giving plenty of flexibility to reject your work. All in all, I'm not really sure the $3-4 is worth it.

Great App for making quick money

I'm not saying you can live off the amount of money you make doing assignments in this app, but any a money I'm not putting into my paypal account myself, is always exciting. I've had no issues with instructions like the other reviewers said. And make sure you complete as many of the screener assignments as possible. I've noticed my jobs available increase with me doing more screeners. I did have one assignment that I submitted denied because it just wasn't possible to complete. I tried to make this as clear as I could when answering the survey. I was frustrated at the outcome, but wasn't going to argue this with Field Agent. I simply emailed them and asked if there was a correct way to submit an assignment that couldn't be completed. To my surprise, the service rep apologized and acknowledged my assignment was too quickly denied, without verifying what I submitted and payed me the $20 anyways. Field Agent took responsibility and apologized, basically slapping their own wrist and , I didn't even ask for that. It literally made my day to learn that this company has such great customer service. I've fallen in love with this app. I'm currently unemployed and it's a great way to keep me busy and make a couple extra bucks here and there. I've even set a reminder on my watch to remind me to look for new jobs every couple of hours.

Ive made so much money. Follow instructions and youre good! 2 hour turn around window is a little challenging, but other than that, i love it.

App crashes on location while in the middle of doing jobs. When you contact customer support all they say is sorry nothing we can do for you and we are not paying you either for our mistake

Good app except for scavenger hunts

I love this app. Made some decent spending money, but the scavenger hunts have so far have been impossible to find. I no longer pay attention to that part of the app for that reason.

Don't waste your time.

They don't get as much work as they've had in the past. The notification system is obnoxious. All hours, middle of the night. Most of the time there is nothing. Scavenger hunts are a joke. Don't waste your time.

I've gone searching for products many times and always encounter what seems to be the right product but the code is completely different. I've looked online and been able to find the upcs of the same product I found in store but they didn't match up. Just a frustrating waste of time
