I signed up for the free trial to test it out against a couple other free services. After the trial was up I was charged the annual price of 90 dollars and was told there is no refund. I understand that ultimately this is my fault for not reading the small print closer, but this is still a dirty way of going about getting someone’s money. Again I know that I am just one customer but I definitely do not plan on purchasing any fender equipment and will certainly to my best to make sure friends and family don’t as well.

Tried to get them to honor a coupon code that I tried to use but their system glitches and didn’t activate my fender play account. Their customer service said it wasn’t anything they could do and hung up.

I’ve been using this app now for about a week, I have learned a lot but now when I try and go into the app. Everything is just loading. At first I thought I could just shut down my phone and it would be fine, then I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Even updated the app and nothing has helped. I’d like to experience the app, but I physically can’t.

The app itself is fine really good app but really? You have to pay to use it?! Like fender doesn’t make enough off of there guitars and now they want to make a lesson app and make people pay to use it? I refuse to pay for something that should be free. You want people to stop learning from YouTube fender? Well the. Make these lessons free!

You have to pay a subscription fee to get lessons on this app. I mean, the app is free, maybe you could have some lessons that you will eventually need money for but not for beginner lessons.

I’m 15 searching for job but it’s hard so I don’t have the opportunity to use this app because of the subscription... thanks a lot! I love not being able to follow my dream!
