I loved using Feedly. But I’m the last two months I’m getting charged for Feedly pro. I have no clue when I asked for the update. There is no contact info to send questions and to unsubscribe.

This is by far the worst app in the App Store. Totally unusable!!!! Your better off smashing your iPad over your head then using this garbage.

Cleaner UI than any other news app on iOS, better privacy policy, ad-free even in non-premium. Aggregates articles and RSS feeds from any publication worth reading. The base version has a great set of features. It’s simple and it works. One minor quibble: I’d have no problem paying for premium if I could just pay a one-time fee instead of a monthly subscription. Or maybe $60 for a two-year membership. I’m not against the idea of paying the developers in order to keep the app user-supported and ad-free at all levels, but I am against the idea of paying an $8 a month fee indefinitely for a service I know I want to stick with. The free version meets my needs better than the paid version of any other app, but I think the subscription model is holding Feedly back.

They decided to inject ads to your article list making it look like a regular article. While it’s better than a banner ad I will now be dumping this app for reeder.

Sharing issue

I dont understand why it’s so difficult. Ive used this app for a long time and every now and then. An update messes with a key feature that i use the app for. And thats sharing to Facebook. Right now the app doesn’t have the share to Facebook AGAIN. So if someone could suggest a better app to use im all ears at this point.

Broken since this week. Feeds do not load

I have used this app since it came out. I have pro. Worked fine until this week. Now it won’t load. Either just sits there or gives me “network error”. I can get the old Feedly Classic app to work but I have to manually refresh it. What has happened to this app? Right now it’s useless to me. Reinstalled it several times and still get the same problem. Feedly on the web hangs too but I can get it to work only after refreshing it several times. Sounds like their Leo feature might be messed up and causing the app to hang

This app has gotten a LOT better over time. It’s now one of my most used daily apps, which is why I don’t mind paying the subscription. I would like to see a Home Screen widget added soon though.

Needs a way to submit bug reports easily

So many bugs! Latest update broke scrolling on iPadOS. Scrolling no longer responds normally to quick swipes up and down. There's no way to submit bug reports or feedback in app either which results now in 1 Star here.

Dark mode needs improvement

Be like Twitter and use a dark gray background. It’s much easier to read and separate entries.

Like the features! It hangs every time

I am surprised using the paid service the quality is so bad. Classic app works flawlessly. First problem is while reading you are not able to swipe from articles. Press back and the next one and it continues working. Second it hangs I have to restart it at least 4 times a day when scrolling in the articles.
