In Queue...still waiting

So, I just downloaded this app about 45 mins ago because I really liked the reviews. However, my documents are still saying “in queue” after 10 mins of sending. Think I should’ve just spent those few minutes driving around to find a fax machine.

Watch out as they will automatically process for future weekly payments and you will sign up without knowing. App works great but didn’t like that they billed me and didn’t see this notice during my check out. Or I assumed it somewhere during check out! ? No refunds available.

You just took away the option to buy 10 pages and left only subscriptions ... screw your company. I promise you , I would rather go to office max than pay 5.99 a week to send one fax a week when I previously sent one fax a week for ten week at 6.99. You just lost my business because of greed. Tell that to the owner.

I subscribed in app and then tried to send a fax. The app kept prompting for me to purchase again. I was never able to send a fax. I was charged for the subscription via Apple but requested a refund.

This app is very easy to use. 100% of faxes sent were received in only a few minutes without any issues. Faxes are legible and there has been no need to re fax ever.

Set up the app. Add a page to fax from phone photos. Go to send only to lean I need to SUBSCRIBE.

Recently moved from a pay-per-page to a subscription based model. Who the hell, in this day and age, needs to spend $5.99 a week for unlimited faxes?! I send maybe 10-20 faxes a year and the old model worked perfectly. Now I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
