In Queue...still waiting – FAX for iPhone: Send & Receive Review

So, I just downloaded this app about 45 mins ago because I really liked the reviews. However, my documents are still saying “in queue” after 10 mins of sending. Think I should’ve just spent those few minutes driving around to find a fax machine.
