The print quality looks horrible,I’m unsure if the recipient will be able to view the document. If I have to resend, I will be asking for a refund.

I’m trying to send a fax it has been sending sense 9 this morning and it still saying it’s sending so. Now I’m sending it again and using my credits hopefully it works this time

I’m really disappointed. I thought this app was really going to work. I paid for credits $2.99 then I didn’t even receive any credits. I then paid $5.99 for the deals u guys had thinking I didn’t get charged cause I had not received and still never received the credits I had purchased at first $2.99 .I also tried opening my file from both google drive and drop box and both keep saying my folder is empty when it’s not because I have so many files in there. So I want a refund for all my money which is $9.00 I got charged for no reason that the app can’t even work or even upload/open my files to fax. Please I tried sending an email last night as well and no response. Please I want a refund. I wasn’t able to even use the app.i tried and tried but nothing.please refund me my money back to my account.

The App is free but you have to buy credits (0.60/page) to send a fax. No where in the product description does it mention this. Of course, nothing is really free. I had to fax a legal document by a certain time so I didn’t really mind paying the fee to buy credits. The worse, however, is the software doesn’t work very well. The scanner is not very friendly. I had to try several times to have the scanner capture the entire documents. Even so, the captured documents were almost illegible. I tried to import an mpg of the docs, which using intuition I figured out how to do it, but then the App wouldn’t let me add info in the “To” field. I finally sent the 2 docs (6 pages) and it took over an hour to get confirmation that docs where sent. I then got a call from the recipients who said the docs were illegible. I ran to an Office Depot to fax the docs...done in three minutes for about the same price. Forget this App.

This app is garbage. Don’t waste your money buying this app. I have tried to use it several times and it doesn’t work. I paid for nothing.

What an easy app to use! While it took some time to actually send the fax, you don’t have to stay in the app and wait. Select your items to be sent and move on with your day. They will send you the verification once it’s sent! Quick easy and convenient!
App Doesn’t Work

Bought this app and it never worked with DropBox or Google Drive. Bought credits for faxes. Contacted the developer about my problem and they never responded. Contacted Apple and they rectified the situation. Would not recommend.

USA and Canada only what a load of Cr@p! Lost money and time!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Advertised 135+ International destinations. What a load of nonsense!!!
