I tried several times to fax 6 docs. And it never went through. I emailed them and the email doesn't work. I feel ripped off!
Need More Options For Uploading Documents

I saved the document in my phone and it doesn’t allow me to upload from there. Requires you to have Dropbox and when I downloaded drop box it did not easily link to the app.

I have tried all day to send a fax. The fax machine on the receiving end is working and yet my fax won’t go through. It does take the credits each time.
Purchases were not credited

I just paid $5.99 plus tax for 150 fax credits but this app shows I have none! Either I get the credits or my card needs to be reimbursed immediately.
It is also convenient for daily use
