I tried to send a fax starting at 8:30 this morning. Your application still is trying to send it and it’s almost been 14 hours with no transmission to the recipient. I used the camera application with no success. Please advise on how to use this app so in the future when I have very important documents to get faxed I can do so successfully. It was a 2 page document and 20 points were deducted from my bank without successful results.

App does not work at all for me, and there is no way to get support for it. The only thing they have setup is how to take your money. Seems like a simple app, but poor design.

I bought the credits. Attempted to send 4 faxes. 4 hrs later the faxes still have not gone thru.

I would highly recommend this app for anyone the only thing is i don’t think you can receive a fax that’s something you guys should add on the next update as soon as you get that fixed it will be by far perfect again thanks so much for such a awesome app

I have spent all day trying to send a single page. Would love to talk to one user who found this app so easy and fast to use. I feel I’ve thrown good money away and don’t want to waste more on another app. To town to find fax services.
