Love the game! Have met great friends from around the world.But lately my best buddy and coop leader has had to restart her game and start over at level 1 two different times. Now about to lose her forever over her frustration with developers.
County fair boost gone

I spent money to use boost and now my boost is gone and it hasn’t been 24 hours!!!! Also my boat race restarted and I was in first place! This is super annoying bc I spend money on this game and it’s cheated me.
The game keeps logging me out.

When the game kept logging me off every 5 minutes l deleted then reloaded in to fix the app. ,but then it gave me a level 1 farm even when I went to level 5 and logged into Facebook. I wrote Zynga a ticket yesterday about it. I hope they fix it soon. It is Friday January 24, 2020. :(
Constantly Crashing

I’m at the max level of 299 and I am constantly being kicked out of the game. Every time I use coins for a boost in the country fair it takes that away and I have to redo it again and again. Now it’s not letting send or receive speed seed. I love this game. I’ve been playing it for almost 5 years now but it’s getting to the point where everything I do is moot. Please try and fix these problems. Thanks!

I rated this game one star simply because, once you get so high up in levels, their is a lot to do. You only get so many farm hands and even then, the amount of farm hands available compared to the amount of work on the farm isn’t enough to suffice. So when I request a farm hand from my co-op and don’t receive it like it says I did, then I have a problem. Really defeats the purpose of the game!

I had this issue previously and that’s why I stopped playing. What is the sense if I can’t play with my friends. There have been so many updates to make it more co-op but you can’t unless you connect FB and it doesn’t let me! ??

I’ve played this game for over a year now. I found the best co op and made real life friends throughout my progress. I made it to level 49 and my game started glitching. Every time i would open it, it would crash. This happened for a week. I deleted the app and redownloaded it because I’ve done this in the past and it’s worked and i LOST EVERYTHING. It was linked to my Facebook and my email and it’s gone. I’m so disappointed and the customer service won’t do anything without my game ID. How am i supposed to get it if I can’t get back to my original game? I really hope this gets resolved because it’s my favorite game but this is really upsetting

How about zynga follow their own rules!? A few months back you wrote about fair game play etc. yet why are you messing with gameplay,! You do this to stop players from cloning which is necessary since you make the game hard to play ! Since the new Egyptian sun festival my game keeps cutting out several times (40xs) an hr and it’s even worse now! I can’t even chat for 4 secs with co op members b4 it cuts out! I play other farming games and no problem at all ! Badly done Zynga ! Other co op members have had the same thing happen to them as well and what is more is that you have removed the support button in settings so you can’t be contacted smh! Can’t believe a game I use to like is down the toilet smh!!!!!

Love the game BUT. I payed $1.99 for 100 key promotion and never got it. I researched and it said it would take 2 hours but it’s been 24 hours. Where’s my stuff or just give me a refund
