The app is quite good. It’s fast , mostly problem free. A few issues though, 1. It does not save the points or the harvests done in the first few seconds of opening the app. 2. The co-op window doesn’t show details like , “quit co-op”. It can be improved.

Can purchase things and next time I sign in they are gone... Do tasks without any reward... Like playing the game but will not fall for endlessness of working for nothing... Fix the game and give me back what you took from me.

I have played this game for a very long time and I used to be able to get help when I needed it. Now, the contact us button has disappeared and there is no other way to get help with problems in a game. Guess they just don’t want to hear from anyone any more.

HELP! My filled orders are not being added into the coop total. I have not reached 60 yet so this should not happen. I can’t find help for this problem anywhere. The extra storage for the water plot products was a cool idea. However, it extremely limits the speed with which orders can be filled. By having no other place for storage of the produce AND the finished product one can only work on one order at a time and possibly have to sell other produce in order to have space to store the products until the order is filled. It also makes it impossible to store up enough of any of the produce to have handy for new orders. I know you can expand, but collecting the items for expansion takes too long. If this problem isn’t fixed soon, I’ll just stop using anything that is a part of the water plots. That would be a shame. This started out being a very enjoyable game. Working with a fun, helpful coop made it even better. Now, however, it is getting way too impossible to finish the "events". Ingredients and components needed to complete certain event related crafts are simply not available. When shopping for them, only a few items have not been "sold out" and those are rarely what is needed. Since the coop members run into the same problem, they are not able to help. Please improve this situation before this game becomes too disappointing to play. Wow ****************** Some things seem slightly better now. Still have bad problems getting certain items (salmon, trout, lanterns, etc.) The worst thing right now is that I can't opt out of the Halloween event. I personally don't like goblins, witches, jackolanterns, etc. and I sure don't want to have to be looking at them throughout this event. Please fix this. I'm sure I'm not the only one. ******************* I still love this game and playing with our wonderful coop. But, with all the great variety of items to craft or find, why do I keep getting orders for the same things? And why do I get 2 or 3 orders at a time for items containing the same ingredients (trout, salmon, lemons, etc). It would take literally several days to fill those orders, so I cancel them and wait and wait for new orders. Many times those also have to be cancelled. PLEASE fix these problems.

I lost all my levels when I had to reinstall the game! I’m so upset! I recently spent money on keys and now it’s all gone!! Yes! I logged into my Facebook and my Game Center which everything should have been saved but nope!!

I love(d) this game however my game had been glitching recently so I used a troubleshooting method Zynga recommends to delete the game and reload it. They say play through the tutorial and your game will update to your current level. I’ve done this before with no issues however, sadly, this did not happen this time. I sent in a trouble ticket and was told they cannot find my game and gave me instruction to perform the exact same method I used which initially caused me to lose my progress. I tried it again and still did not get my game back. I informed them of this but have not heard back. Two years of progress gone. I was at level 87, I earned special helping hands, had many upgraded plots, was actively involved in my co-op boat race. All gone.

I really have enjoyed playing this game over the years, but recently the game has gotten very frustrating. With each new feature that is added to the game the game has become less stable. It started out with the game freezing up and having to restart the game. Then after I received the new Pike feature, the game would not reload after freezing. I think with new features, 2 events going on at the same time it is just too much for devices to handle. Maybe Zynga needs to look at getting rid of their less popular features.
