FarmVille 2 has gotten awful!

This game started out extremely fun. Finally found a coop that is helpful and awesome to be a part of, like a little family. As the game has evolved, I have been unable to help the folks in the coop, game kicks me out constantly, takes away any progress I’ve made and now with the Valentine event, I purchased and the bank was charged the $2.99 for the add on. Don’t bother forwarding on as zynga has not and apparently is not willing to try and fix issues!

Freezing and crashing

V-Day update causing constant crashing. Open the app, let it load all the items. Click on anything g to harvest/open and the app crashes. I will no delete and reinstall because of the fear of losing all my progress as stated in other reviews. Fix these bugs!!!!!!!! After the recent update I open the app, load in. Click on an item I want to harvest/collect and it freezes and crashes. I want to play this game but I’m tired of this. It has been this way for over two weeks. Not to mention I have to click on the Co-op bubble multiple times to connect to the internet before I can get credit for making or collecting items. Fix now or I’ll delete.

This game is overheating my iPhone but it’s addictive

After the last game update every time I play for more then 15ish mins my phone get really hot. And it’s only this app that heats my phone up.

Did Not Receive Keys This time!

Animal Hotel Event got up four stars before none of the items I needed were dropping. I don't think I will be able to finish. Game is getting harder and harder. But I am addicted to it. Please try to make it fun again. Usually the developers are pretty good at delivering keys after you paid for them. But this time they were not. It's been almost two days since I bought $99.00 dollars woth of keys and I have yet to receive them. Nor have I received an email receipt as of yet. And I really like the game too - it's one of my favorite games. If this keeps up I won't be playing it anymore. :( Update: The developers say there is no in app purchase for this game but my bank account says otherwise. Don't buy any keys! They take yourr money and run.

I play this on 2 different platforms. My iPad and my iPhone. I won’t b buying any keys tho becuz my keys that I buy disappear btwn the 2 platforms. I’ve lost $28 dollars. Not happy!!

I really like this game but I bought $10 worth of keys and for hours later, I still don’t see the keys I purchased in my account! I tried rebooting the app several times but the keys aren’t there and I don’t who to reach to get a refund!! Update: I end up getting my refund 2 days later

must have first thing I noticed with the latest update, is the new water crops continuedlove to disappear, but my coins did go down for the crops purchased. Normally I would just contact customer support, but the link is no longer there. Very sad, this is my favorite game, hope they fix this enough to allow the game players to contact support.

Technical support problems

Love the game but so many technical issues and technical support takes forever to get back to you. Its been a week and i still cant play. Im starting to just give up. Farm got deleted they said they would get it back still havent gotten it back. Then i start a new farm because i got tired of waiting now i cant do the love express event its bugged and wont let me craft stuff for the event. Its so frustrating. You have to send a email to technical support and just wait for them to respond must of had 5 emails back and forth over the week and the problem still hasnt been fixed.

Recently I bought many keys for my boost on Farmville and the boost disappeared TWICE back to back before the 24 hours were up. I sent a message to Farmville support and they did not answer, once I wrote a bad review they sent me a message right away. I don’t know if they fixed it but they at least they gave me 1 boost back. Even though my boost disappeared TWICE they just gave me back 1 boost. I did not mind because at least they did something. But it just happened again this Tuesday. I already sent Farmville support many messages about it and have not received one answer. I am very disappointed. I have been playing for many years now and I have spent a lot of money on the app. I at least expect a message back. Honesty I am really thinking about deleting the app. I am not going to continue spending money on keys for my boost if they are going to take it away before the 24 hours.
