Does anyone even care that my game is not working properly? Or that I’ve been asking for help for many days? I’ve never experienced such a lack of interest in my life! If it wasn’t for my wonderful co-op, I would have just given up, even after playing for almost 2 years! Come on now. Where’s the player support? HELP! My filled orders are not being added into the coop total. I have not reached 60 yet so this should not happen. I can’t find help for this problem anywhere. The extra storage for the water plot products was a cool idea. However, it extremely limits the speed with which orders can be filled. By having no other place for storage of the produce AND the finished product one can only work on one order at a time and possibly have to sell other produce in order to have space to store the products until the order is filled. It also makes it impossible to store up enough of any of the produce to have handy for new orders. I know you can expand, but collecting the items for expansion takes too long. If this problem isn’t fixed soon, I’ll just stop using anything that is a part of the water plots. That would be a shame. This started out being a very enjoyable game. Working with a fun, helpful coop made it even better. Now, however, it is getting way too impossible to finish the "events". Ingredients and components needed to complete certain event related crafts are simply not available. When shopping for them, only a few items have not been "sold out" and those are rarely what is needed. Since the coop members run into the same problem, they are not able to help. Please improve this situation before this game becomes too disappointing to play. Wow ****************** Some things seem slightly better now. Still have bad problems getting certain items (salmon, trout, lanterns, etc.) The worst thing right now is that I can't opt out of the Halloween event. I personally don't like goblins, witches, jackolanterns, etc. and I sure don't want to have to be looking at them throughout this event. Please fix this. I'm sure I'm not the only one. ******************* I still love this game and playing with our wonderful coop. But, with all the great variety of items to craft or find, why do I keep getting orders for the same things? And why do I get 2 or 3 orders at a time for items containing the same ingredients (trout, salmon, lemons, etc). It would take literally several days to fill those orders, so I cancel them and wait and wait for new orders. Many times those also have to be cancelled. PLEASE fix these problems.

I’m so disappointed. So much is going wrong. FarmVille is not giving me the items I harvest. I am not getting the items FarmVille shows I’m getting when I level up. So much is not working. Please fix the game. There are so many issues.

Ever since The update I can’t access my original account... why is that? If I have to start from the beginning I will delete this game as much as I love it!

I’ve been playing for years. Yes, there are glitches in all games. But, recently FarmVille has had more than usual. My major complaint is not being able to request help from Zynga. After following all their directions, there is still no option (on my game anyway) to request support. Says there’s a red button, but not on my game. My current problem...buying water plot crops but not getting them. Of course Zynga takes my coin, but I never get the crop! I really enjoy farming. I love my co op. The challenges can be fun. However, there many areas that can be improved. Also, Zynga, if you read these reviews, please improve the chat! Needs room to write more. ALSO, there should be a place where the co op can post messages for members to read that can stay up. Our co op has a Facebook page and we want new members to visit it. It's too difficult to always type it out in chat every time new members join. Please add a window where the co op leaders can leave messages for members! Like the post-it note that Tropic Escape has.

I have been playing this game for months now. , and I have spent over two hundred dollars........ This is ridiculous!!!!! How can you make a game free. If I have to pay so much money , to extend my Barn all the time, so I can pick up items to continue playing? Makes no since to me!

Tip: Don’t buy keys!

The game lags and if you’re in a screen where you can use keys, it will yank them away from you. I’ve lost keys for simple things, like just opening the farm stand. Suddenly it shows me having rented extra spots I didn’t want. Or, checking on a sleeping animal, it wakes it up when you don’t want it to! I would give it a higher rating if it wasn’t that keys are extremely hard to get unless you want to spend outrageous amounts of real money to buy them. To have no spend confirmation for something like that is a huge flaw imho.

I have been playing this game for years, almost level 200 BUT was having game troubles so I did what I always do, deleted and reinstalled the game, and when I went to sign into my account, EVERYTHING has been erased and it’s making me start over! I’m not happy!

I’ve had so many problems with this game and there’s literally no way for me to complain or contact zynga for support. It just gives you a faq page with simple questions, and no question bar to ask my own. I just bought 8 million dollars (FarmVille currency) worth of water plots and they all disappeared and took the money with it! Idk what, but zynga needs to fix it before I quit. I constantly put in real money into this game, so for me to not be able to ask them to fix the problems I have is terrible customer service. I have had the game for very long, it is something to do while my students are testing. I need this to be fixed.
