Poor start , promotion did not work . Chat person was an idiot .
not a good one yet
Received a promotion in the mail with a code “SUPERBOWL56” , bet $5 on a super winner get $280. Promo did not work . Read all the FAQ’s first. Used the Chat room , was number 99 in line waited 32 minutes. Chat person (Wendy) said “ code not valid”. I showed her it was also on the website. Guess they they don’t train well or don’t hire the brightest bulbs in the pack . After 75 minutes, had to file a support ticket , they may be able to add it manually. Horrible start for a Sportsbook with decent reviews. Still have not found a good Sportsbook yet.

Took my business to DraftKings since they don’t offer that many promos .. I betted with them a month straight everyday lol still not a lot of promos thrown my way

This app has been very intuitive to use and as a complete novice has truly been easy to learn. I just wish you could track stats right on your bet ticket for player prop bets. If you do an “alternate” total it will track that, but won’t do the same for regular bets. This would be incredibly beneficial to users and honestly it would keep us inside the app much longer rather than jumping in and out of FanDuel to track stats in other apps or online.
Technical issues

Can’t access games and continuously get errors or get kicked out of games. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing worked. No help from Customer Service! Im done.

They find any abs every way for you to Lose your money it’s almost like giving them your money it’s honestly a scam and they are buying reviews on the app saying that draft kings is better this and that fanduel is a SCAM I’ve lost over 1000 dollars and only have won one time on this app for 100 something dollars I know sports and I watch the matchups and the way things happen in the games is rigged I’ve never seen anything like it ever since gambling became legal sports is terrible and fanduel is the sponsor of the nba of course makes since

It all there in black and white , so much to wager on and more. Great new customer promotions. I will have more to say as 2022 goes on . Can’t wait for MLB to ratify agreements. I am sure FanDuel will thousands of interesting wagering options to explore .
