Poor start , promotion did not work . Chat person was an idiot . – FanDuel Sportsbook & Casino Review

Received a promotion in the mail with a code “SUPERBOWL56” , bet $5 on a super winner get $280. Promo did not work . Read all the FAQ’s first. Used the Chat room , was number 99 in line waited 32 minutes. Chat person (Wendy) said “ code not valid”. I showed her it was also on the website. Guess they they don’t train well or don’t hire the brightest bulbs in the pack . After 75 minutes, had to file a support ticket , they may be able to add it manually. Horrible start for a Sportsbook with decent reviews. Still have not found a good Sportsbook yet.
