Good luck needing to contact support. They will force you to talk to a robot that only gives you 5 options. Yes you can request to talk to an agent. But you never do. They will kick you out and you have to start the process all over. Horrible!

Terrible -app fails often

App will time out and not reimburse the hand or the money. Customer support is an absolute joke. Will take 6 days to respond to an email only for it to be an automated email apologizing for the inconvenience nothing to solve the issue… don’t recommend there are many other casinos to spend your money at.

I love this app for sports betting!! Easy and convenient! However, I would advise to NOT bother with the casino!! It is more than likely not rigged but it sure seems that way especially when things like getting 20 consistently in Blackjack and then the dealer always hits 21. And that’s just for starters.

The login is the worst I’ve ever seen. It takes five or six times to login for it to connect and I’ve sent numerous emails complaining about it and nothing has been done

FanDuel is easily the best book out right now. They are constantly innovating new ways to improve the usability of the app. If you use other books you will notice that FanDuel is always first to get new features. Stat track, same game parlays, same game parlay + and many more

Dear FanDuel, I just want to take a few minutes to write about how I view/think of/am enjoying your site/app. I have only been a member/user for 2 hours and 2 minutes (as of my typing that sentence) , but I am enjoying it greatly! As I stated in the title, I wish I had done this a long time ago. Yet, one cannot change the past. I am here now, and I will be here for the foreseeable future. The site offers bets on any and ever imaginable scenario/situation/sport. Much different and better than the days where I had called an 800 # and stated a password and my code in order to obtain the spreads and then eventually place a wager. This……. is EXACTLY what a Sportsbook site/app should be. I want to end on the note that in my humble opinion the best aspect/thing about FanDuel is the check ins to see if you are the one who has actually placed the bets, and to remind you how long you have been on. Your promotion of responsible gambling is CSR at its finest. (Corporate Social Responsibility) The fact that your bread and butter lay in bets being placed. Obviously the more the merrier. Yet the well being of your clients/users/members trumps all. There are few, if any, companies of your ilk! I look forward to us having a long and equally satisfying relationship. Can’t even use the app

The app can’t even verify your identity when signing up, even after sending a picture of my ID. Contacted support, sent a descriptive message and got back a generalized message. Don’t waste your time.
