I’ve played this app for years and have had fun building and even spent money on it. Now it never works and it constantly crashes. I can’t even open the game anymore even after updates. Don’t spend to much time or money on this because they will ignore you once they get your money they don’t care.

Their syncing issues cause you to lose progress. They say it’s my fault for not waiting long enough before closing game but it’s not a loss of just the last session. Mine reverted back several days. Bought clams in good faith to complete most recent event timely and now it’s all gone any they refuse to refund money. In looking at complaints I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Now I’m out $25 for nothing.

I have had account for awhile now and the account is bugged. Game lock up after 5 secs of play. But works fine with a new account. It’s not my phone it’s the account, I hide everything in my town or don’t and it freezes up every time. Looks like I’m done waste of time and money.

The weirdest kid
The game is awesome but the one thing that ticked me off was when I collected stuff I’m trying to get mort but I have get items ,when quagmire finished “with” his gerbil i needed gems he got gems I tapped the gems and then I clicked on mort it said I needed gems it happened twice so when you play the game be prepared when it happens.also if you get this reference good job 3 2 1 “this is my review their are many like it but this one is mine without me my review is useless with out my review I am useless
The game if fun but it takes too long

All the actions that are like 4 hours + whys it gotta take so long? I don’t have 12 hours to give for one action! That’s ridiculous!

This game seriously lacks excitement for me. Not enough decorative items to use, the tasks are boringly repetitive and incredibly time consuming, and if you aren’t checking in hourly many of the events are near-impossible to fully complete without spending tons of premium currency. The dialogue can be very clever and funny, and I enjoy many of the animated tasks for characters, but aside from that this game isn’t very fun and has been more of a chore to play as time goes on.
