You game is broke it’s not letting me or any of my friends do anything and we’re always stuck on the same animations

Love the game, but a lot of loading....

I can understand that it is a large game to download... But it is really straining my phone out like crazy! A huge drain to my phone’s battery life; takes a long time to launch the game than to load everything else. I think you might need to tone down the software a bit. Please be reminded, I am only 21 years old, and I don’t know how to make an app; I don’t tell anybody how to do the kinds of work behind it, even if I did know.

Too many crashes

Maybe my iPad is too old for this game. But after a year of playing the unattainable quests and the frequent crashes I had to uninstall it. There are better time wasters out there to play.

Stolen money

I got charged for clams I never asked to purchase, and I can’t get rid of I.T unless I buy the clams and ask for a refund I might not get! I like family guy but hate this game. The clams are over priced and you guys pretty much robbed me.

Not iOS friendly

I used to play this game everyday. After an app update I haven’t been able to play since the October event. I can login and collect my coins with Consuela but then my game freezes and I have to force quit the app. I reached out to customer service reps which were not knowledgeable or helpful with my problem.

Soooo I’ve played this since day one and Cleveland NEVER helps u get anything....with every update nothing!!! Why is that?

I’ve been wondering why I’m not clearing my daily challenges knowing I absolutely thought I should have. When I’m on a condom level that is 3-5 times more than I need to clear that daily task and I only get credit for about 30 of the over 200 condoms I cleared to beat said level...yeah, it’s rigged. You only get credit for the ones you personally made matches to clear not any cascading or multiples specials. Pretty booty system. One of MANY reasons I’ll never spend to play yet another match game

Can’t open the app. Crashes as soon as I try to open.

Since the latest iOS update 11.2, I can’t open Family Guy anymore (I’ve deleted and reinstalled to the latest version). It crashes about 15 seconds after I tap on the app. Won’t go past the light blue developer screen (with TinyCo and Fox entertainment logo).

With the last 3 updates I can’t play more than 2 seconds of the game without it freezing and closing out on me

I’ve played this game since the very beginning and I don’t think I’ll ever stop playing. Look forward to see what else will be added to the game
