The game won’t load

I open my app and it loads and works for like 3 seconds then it freezes and won’t load father. I like this game and I would like to not delete it.

I really enjoy this game. I like how there are regular events to keep things interesting HOWEVER my game crashes and I loose clams and purchases. When I lost clams customer service said since they have no way of verifying I used clams to make a purchase I didn’t receive they will not refund them. A few weeks ago I made a purchase and the game crashed before I received my items. I sent an email along with a picture of my purchase from account to prove I made the purchase and was charged. 2 weeks later this is their response: We apologize that we were unable to respond to your ticket in a timely manner due to our heavier than normal support volume. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to write in. The team is working to address all issues and reduce the overall queue. If you are still experiencing an issue, please close this support ticket and reach out to us by creating a new one so an agent will be able to assist you. We will get to you as soon as possible, but please note that Support is not a live chat and expected response times can vary between 1 to 5 business days, depending on a variety of factors. Thank you for understanding! This response only addressed the fact that they did not respond in a timely manner. They didn’t acknowledge my issue at all. And they want me to start the process over. The item I purchased was supposed to help me with the current event. However, 2 weeks later, the goals have changed and will not help me at all. All I want is my $ back.

Love the game. Don’t like the fact that I keep having unauthorized in game purchases pop up every month or so. Had about $20 charged while I hadn’t played it in over 2 weeks. Said I made the purchase at 2 am when I was asleep with a phone that was turned off....

I love/loved this game but the amount of money you need to spend is ridiculous. I play Simpsons and that is way better in terms of land and items. The Simpsons game is like this but they don’t charge you for every single thing. Do better tinyco.
Clams for watching videos is a scam

You sit through the 30 second video and it freezes at the end, never providing the promised clam. Brand new iPad pro so I doubt it's a hardware issue. Rotten scam!!

I have an iPhone 7 plus and can't do 3-4 things in the game without it freezing. It has become useless.
