When I record my videos my voice sound perfect and the same for the music but the app have some issues because some times it get frozen

Not pairing

I loved these glasses for 3 or 4 weeks, then the videos stopped loading into the app, then the pairing failed, now it’s not charging after all night being plugged in. I tried all recommended to troubleshoot, still can’t get the glasses to work and I lost tons of content I wanted. Bummer.
Videos start overexposed

After the last firmware update, all my videos start overexposed (completely white) and then adjust to a normal image after 1-2 seconds. Extremely annoying, because now I need to trim every video before sharing.

I love my new Rayban glasses. I bought two pairs (clear and dark green shades) but I can only link one pair to the app. Please update this app to use multiple glasses please. I don’t want to return a pair but it’s useless to have more than one pair right now.

I respect the simple UI But my god is it aggravating bot to have a settings tab. Plus my photos won’t save for n my phone. Overall really happy with the glasses

I would like to know if there is a Apple Watch version of this app so that I can use the sunglasses on a run without having to bring my phone. Or is there a way to connect to the sunglasses with just Bluetooth and o app? Thank you
Problem Importing Photos / Videos

My glasses are paired, but it doesn’t import the photos. The reason can be about the new update, because before was ok. Can you answer me about it, please? I’m loving the features and I don’t want to lose the photos / videos recorded.
