Glass are great just like all Ray Bans but they have really bad connection issues the app is completely buggy, consistently getting unknown issues and crashes. Editing a video results in a frozen app 70% of the time. Facebook really making Ray Ban look bad for these.

Brand new glasses, it gets stuck during the installation of the software update, saying “We ran into a system error” with an option to retry which just continuously loops. No guidance on what to do differently or how to get tech support.

Since iOS 15 I’m unable to pair my glasses with the phone / app / glasses anymore. Will there be an update anytime soon?

Oversight by engineers to only allow one pair per account. Might be in the minority here but got one pair for work with blueiq and second pair wirh sunglasses for outdoors. You can still use second set as bluetooth speakers but you cant activate or add to account. That also disables the cameras, buttons, or swipes. Add ability to have more than one pair please

It gets the job done but overall it has a weak connection and connectivity. Facebook can do much better in how photos/videos sync. Also Bluetooth connectivity is weak compared to other tech gears.

I really like my glasses, but for some reason, I can’t get the ‘hey facebook’ feature to work. all of the settings are on but when I try the voice command the glasses says ‘I can’t do that on your glasses.’ I can’t find help anywhere online in reference to this. thanks!

Hey Facebook feature doesn’t work. The glasses respond by either saying my phone is not connected to the internet or that they can’t do that on the glasses
