This upgrade is horrible go back to the way it use to be before you cut off the old way you should of made sure the new app works

Requires you to make a user name instead of account number and a more complex password. And then ask security questions. Locked me out from online banking because something is wrong with the security question page. Why fix something when it worked perfectly fine before. Now everyone has to make new user names, passwords etc.

Previous app was much more user friendly. But now that it was shut down, we're left with this cumbersome replacement.

The requirements of creating a new account have nothing to do with the app but the FAFCU website itself. It's not the exact same thing, but it's not an abomination.
Better than using F&A webpage

F&A has a mandatory switch to their new banking system hence the complaints. The app is fully functional but, just like when on a webpage, you need to sign up for their new system if you haven't. The app layout (6 buttons) is a better layout than by webpage (which has too much widespread, irrelevant content.) i'm sticking to the app! Don't forget to log off after use!

Worst app I have ever downloaded. Makes you create another nickname on top of your already created ember number. Completely impossible to upload a mobile check. Takes you to edit the check when you don't want to! 100% useless and because of this app I am leaving F&a for the other credit union in Los Angeles City

This application is terrible. It is unstable and crashes regularly. Moreover, the check deposit function rarely seems to work. The old application worked far better. F&A typically does much better than this.
Bring back the old app!

This new app is awful. It makes me log in over and over before it finally accepts my credentials. Then in the middle of trying to deposit a check, it brought me back to the first login screen again. The old app was fine!!!
