Convenient, Fast & Easy to Configure

Comer_

To preface, I’ve used F&A’s mobile app since they first developed one years ago. While it was a rough start and was not optimized for other devices, like the iPad, it has always worked reliably. Last several versions + current version all support Touch ID. I went and doubled checked just to make sure before I wrote this unlike some of the people who left reviews. Notifications work, Touch ID works, instant transfers work, SMS text notifications work - literally every feature works and has been completely stable for at least the last 3 years.

Bug fix?

63LisaB

I’ve deleted and downloaded the latest version because it no longer allows me to log on by touch. Contacted F & A, when it comes to the accept screen to set up touch for my iPhone it won’t allow me to agree. App worked fine up until a week ago ?

Update interface is WORSE

Tk121

They updated the interface, and everything is much harder to read. Before it was simple: Account name: balance Account name: balance Etc. Now they’ve added a TON of useless information clogging up the view, and requiring lots of scrolling just to see all your balances.

Slow

With new update app it is soo slow. Disappointed

No mobile deposit on my app

Robbie93552

My daughter and I have accounts and her app has the option for mobile deposits but mine does not. When I called customer service I was told I would have to send a letter and/or email to request authorization. I’ve been with F&A well over 20 years and have never had to go through hoops to access mobile deposits. Especially now with teleworking I will have to make a trip to find an atm with credit union access. I hope they fix this issue before I have to go back to work.
