Easy to navigate

It's easy to learn and find everything I need quickly. Occasionally I've had freeze ups, but if I wait a couple minutes and try again it works just fine. From what I understand it's a new system, so I expect those little hiccups will go away with time.
Works great on iPad

The mobile app is clean and easy to navigate. Much easier to read and use on iPad than the website via browser. This is my preferred method for accessing bill pay and checking balances etc. Don't hesitate to try this app. I think prior complaints were related to change in security policies and not poor app design. I am very pleased with this version.
Does not open

I have been having a difficult time getting the app to open. Typically the circle just spins and spins. It's very frustrating. Please fix it soon.

Okay App with horrible check deposit feature

This is app is overall reliable. The only issue I have is that the option to deposit checks using a smartphone camera just does not work. First I thought it was because of my last phone (Galaxy S6), but now having an IPhone 7, I'm having the same problem. It is almost impossible to get a good picture of both sides of the check on this app. The feature shows a rectangle outline of where you need to place the check to capture the photo. Once you take the photo, it cuts off random areas of the photo you took. You basically have to keep guessing and retaking the photos. It also doesn't let you retake the photo, after you click review check before submitting. I've had this issue for months now and have officially given up on that feature. I guess I'll have to go to a bank and deposit my actual check like a caveman.

So, how is Touch ID enabled? It's your description says it's a new feature but appears to not be there.

Thank god. Typing in your long a** password is a hassle. Great addition. And @splicerguys or whatever your user name is^^, to enable it you go to settings>settings>register phone> current phone>slide Touch ID to 'on.' Then it will verify via a one time password as a text or an email with a code. Enter it and voila.
