Lag problems

The only thing wrong with this is if you get too far away it will start to lag but other times I’ve used it it worked great Maybe just my WiFi?

I like this app and the camera, but my only problem is that whenever I click on my photo and try to go landscape, it crashes. It might just be my phone but my phone isn’t that old so yeah. Other than that, it’s great.
All videos are in slo motion

It takes great video then when I go to download them to my phone via the app it will play about 2 seconds regular then silent slo mo. Please fix!!!
App not working with Facebook Live

Main reason I downloaded this app was since I bought the Eken Video camera to stream live to Facebook Live.. It worked for awhile but recently stopped. I will change my rating once fixed, but the camera isn’t much good to me now. Tried to connect to support but getting an error message there too. Wondering if the app is no longer being supported.

My camera is WiFi is connected and says ready but doesn’t show footage on the phone or won’t say connected . I can’t see any video , photo or anything and it gets disconnected my phone is an iPhone XR firmware 12.3.1 . If helped will change my review for a 5 star

Every time I try to go into the app it waits for about one minute and then it kick me out of the app.i don’t know what it is?

This does work! The steps are simple, turn on the camera, Press the down button, it will say”waiting for WiFi connection...” so then go to settings, WiFi, then go and tap the one that says iCam or something, it’s ask for the password, so type in 1234567890, the camera will then say “WiFi connection ready!” So then go in the app and press connect, and it works! Easy! 5 stars!
Works on iPad but not iPhone

Just brought the EKEN h9r with 32 gb memory card and saw this app would be perfect for the live streaming and it doesn’t connect. It doesn’t even show a picture on my picture when recording a video. Only a white blank screen with a red dot flashing. Please fix the live streaming to Facebook for the phone.

I can’t even get in the app without getting spammed Location request messages and they won’t stop. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very buggy.

i open the app to connect and quickly delete my videos for more storage but phone freezes and consistently asks me if i want to allow the location or not after i’ve ever pressed it multiple times
