Really frustrating

I bought my camera last year and it connected fine, but I never really used the app because it was just easier to put the SD card into a computer... Now when I connect to the WiFi it doesn’t register for the app so I can’t use it at all...

I have watched every tutorial video I can find. Though my phone recognizes my camera, the EZ iCam app will not connect. I get a connection failure every time. Flustered and frustrated.

I have loved and uses up this app so many times because it’s awesome but now I can’t even use it because whenever I connectin camera shuts off and the app kicks me out please fix

Every time I try and share it sends the e mail or message with no attachment. Also when I try and put it elsewhere like saving on my phone it says it failed please let me know why this isn’t working?

App and camera are great but app is super laggy and I don’t understand why I’m not new to this I know how that should be working and it crashes everyone I can never watch my videos that I’ve take. Please fix for a better rating thanks

Giving it three stars cuz the app is very very laggy EZ CAM it connects but I have problems downloading and available g and sharing videos or pictures if o turn my phone side ways it’ll stop and crash I’ll give 5 stars when this app is updated and fixed

Not Functional on iPhone XS Max

It will connect via WiFi to my Eken H9 but none of the features work. Not functional at all. I bought this use solely with an iDevice. I’ll give them till towards the end of the return window to fix the app else it’s going back to Brazilian river.
