I’m having so much trouble connecting to this app! It’s supposed to show Live Photo capture but it won’t and it just freezes. It takes forever to view the pictures already taken too. I hope they fix it to be more compatible.

For some reason i cannot connect my phone with my camera in the app! It says to go to settings and wifi and connect it but when i go there the wifi name or anything doesn’t come up! I rlly need this to connect and work... is there something im doing wrong???

The app keeps crashing. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Is there anyway you can fix this. I Purchased the camera because I was told that connects to the iPhone through the app. Nothing works.

Love the product, got it straight from the box and started setting it up. For how cheap it is I expected to run into more problems but I never ran into one until just now... The only problem I ran into with this camera is that once I’ve connected my phone to the camera via WiFi it pairs up just fine and I can control the camera through the app, but it will not show the footage on my phone. Correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression that I would be able to see a live demo of the footage I was shooting through my phone. I have the Eken H9R and a iPhone 6 with IOS 11.4. Please let me know if I’m doing anything wrong or how to fix this problem, thanks. When fixed I will change my 3 star to a five star. **Update** Everything now seems to work including the live video feed on my phone, thank you so much, it does have a few lags and bags here and there but honestly not too bad, I’m changing to 5 Star!
