This constitution is called Prakruti. The term Prakruti is a Sanskrit word that means, "basic nature," "constitution," or "the first creation." One of the most important concepts of Ayurveda is that one's basic constitution is fixed throughout his lifetime.
Different persons can have different combination of Doshas, Elements, Chakras, Planets, Pranas as their genetic constitution or Prakruti. This explains the differences between individuals and why everyone is unique and that two persons can react very differently when exposed to the same environment or stimuli.
Kalachakra Astrology groups people according to seven constitution types. The Rasa Ayurvedic practitioner's first objective is to understand the nature or constitution of the patient.
According to Kalachakra Astrology, each person has a constitution, that was determined at birth. The human constitution is made of these Seven Planets. The constitution determines a person's basic body type, sensitivities and personality.

The Seven Planets are equivalent to the Seven Planets:

Moon Endocrine system, reproductive system.
Mars Immune system, blood, muscles.
Mercury Respiratory system, lungs, skin.
Venus Urinary system, kidneys.
Jupiter Digestive system, liver, pancreas, colon.
Saturn Skeletal system, spleen
The Seven Planets work for our nourishment, development and regeneration. When one Planetary is out of balance, it’s physiological system is affected first. This is followed by the other Planets and malfunctioning occurs until the whole constitution is effected.
