Frustrating! It’s convenient when it works, but been going on 2 months it’s glitchy. Claims it cannot find my location with a red exclamation, even though on the map it shows my location and the closest station is pulsing with a blue circle. Cannot pay at the pump or use the rewards. Have tried reinstalling, logging out and in, it’s just not working. I don’t want to use the card, need an app that works.

The best app ever I forgot my wallet once and I was able to pay for my gas with my Apple Pay so ... amazing

App worked well until last week. It no longer recognises the station so it can no longer be used for payment for extra points. There is no longer any way to find specials or bonuses on product purchased, and although you can search for a location, you are unable to click on it to choose one to fuel from. I’ve called twice and was told there are no problems with the app. I emailed, but nobody has responded to me other than the initial automated response days ago. If this isn't fixed by my next fill up, I will delete the app and consider switching providers to Royal Dutch Shell

Won’t sync with my Exxon Smart Card , won’t sync or accept alternative credit payment at any pump .. no one else seems to be having any issues ?? Very disappointed as I have a Mobil station two blocks from me . Useless so far unless I can figure out what’s wrong

Another app that’s now asking for my email or facebook permission. This app used to allow me to use the app as guest and just pay for my gas and be on my way. Now it’s asking for registration/sign up. Just let users pay for their gas and not be tracked!

Update station location

This app had me going to three stations that said Speedpass+ accepted. Went to each station guess what? One station was now a BP, one was a Circle K and the other one was an empty lot that may have been a station at one time. When traveling updated information comes in handy just saying.

Love the app but Exxon support non existent on weekends

So my credit card company denied authorization because they wanted confirmation that I was the one charging. I was. So I am out of town and near empty. I confirmed with credit card company that it was me making the purchase. The speedpass app said account problem to contact help via help menu. I did and called the number listed and they are closed on weekends. Open Monday through Friday. I’m giving 1 star because of lack of customer support on weekends. Why use the app if you can resolve account issues 24/7? Very disappointed
