My wife and I booked a hotel stay in advance for our honeymoon. We booked a king suite. When I called the hotel to confirm the reservation I was informed that they gave us a double queen. NOT WHAT I RESERVED! When I requested a king room instead they said there wasn’t any available and the booking was non refundable! We will never use a booking agent again!

I booked an hotel and was unaware that they require and $100 deposit. It was my fault because I overlooked the the disclaimer. I contacted customer service and was able to get my money back the next day.

Every single time I use this f*cking app, I see a low price in the search list only to see it go up SIGNIFICANTLY when I attempt to reserve the room. Tired of your bait and switch bullsh*t. DELETING.
Trouble booking

I follow the prompts and when I hit confirm after entering all of my payment info, it loads for several seconds, says my booking is incomplete, but then it charges my card for the trip protection fee. This has happened twice now. Once on the website and once in the app. Rates are going up and I’m getting irritated.
