Trouble booking – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

I follow the prompts and when I hit confirm after entering all of my payment info, it loads for several seconds, says my booking is incomplete, but then it charges my card for the trip protection fee. This has happened twice now. Once on the website and once in the app. Rates are going up and I’m getting irritated.
