DO NOT USE!!!! – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

My wife and I booked a hotel stay in advance for our honeymoon. We booked a king suite. When I called the hotel to confirm the reservation I was informed that they gave us a double queen. NOT WHAT I RESERVED! When I requested a king room instead they said there wasn’t any available and the booking was non refundable! We will never use a booking agent again!
