Absolutely disgusted

“Highly recommend” you find a different game. Been locked out for 22 day. I’ve spent $1000’s on this game and neither Top Games or the developers will reply or respond to any in game or out of game mail to help get my account back.

I’ve played this game for years and loved it with no issues. But, unfortunately I am currently locked out of my account and cs has responded once in three days and has caused my truce agreement to fall and I’ve lost a lot. I love this game and it’s hard to quit but this lack of customer service is unacceptable and it might just be time to finally quit.

Bought in game package to speed things up on just to find out you lost everything a day later..some how because of app fail or sever fail I lost a lot of items they claim came with the package.wish I would snap shot the package.. do yourself a favor don’t waist money on package .because they just want your money not your complaint and refuse to fix it.

If you don’t spend big money then don’t start this game There is no way to compete otherwise They will bring on new updates well before a non-spender will make it to the top leaving you either spending or being kicked around the map also give preference to vip 18+ spenders Not even close to even playing field

Be prepared to have bugs happen to you that can take away weeks worth of work and for customer service to call you a liar even with pictures. Their buildings end game require an absurd amount of resources to build and if you get the “red fan of death” when starting the build kiss all the resources you just put into the building goodbye. It won’t matter if you have time stamped pictures showing you had millions of resources before and nothing after. Not to mention most times even getting in contact with customer service takes 4-5 days to even initiate a ticket. *update* more customer support woes... have an example of someone running many bots on our server 10+. All the information has been sent into CS via ticket and in game mail and they keep deleting what is being sent in. Basically the person running all these Bots is a mega coiner so I never to see any action taken against them because they are a cash cow for the game... extremely sad that if you spend enough you get to break the rules on top of all the other advantages.

Customer service is better than the past. I Hasan Apple iPhone 8 Plus, since the start of the game, I cannot copy and paste anything on this platform. I have expressed this to customer service repeatedly. I can outside this game but not on the game.

No I won’t provide you my Ingame ID, your responses are as useless as your support team, and you can do nothing to make any positive changes about it cause you no longer expand the game beyond coining and even fail at coining, $99 for a pack? ? you’re Ridiculous, fix your game then I’ll shove my monies down your throat :)

A long time player since their web browser game evony. Some of my friends still playing that browser game... I don't have time playing on the pc so i chose mobile version. Best part is no more food upkeep thanks god. And what suprised me that they have real customer support now, last time i lost my troops due to latency of my isp. I tried to contact to ask support what they can do to my lost, you know what, they reimbursed me... Whew, hope they can keep this gesture
