I love this game. I literally play it every day. Really love the latest update except that the notification for new discoveries doesn’t go away, so I have a pulsing red exclamation point that I can’t get rid of. Other than that, and the previous update that made mining AND building use gnomes, it is awesome.

Hello, I’m still loving and enjoying this game! Question is: why don’t I get bonus energy anymore, the one that gives you 30 energies after watching an ad and the other one that gave you 30 minutes of free energy? Is there something I’m doing or you just got rid of those? Thank you for your attention.

Don’t post my last review. I didn’t know there was an update that made the game better. Thank you so much for this update. I’ve been playing this game for months(maybe a year or so). The update made the game so much easier.

The game is fun when it is working, but it locks up on me.

Discoveries has a red exclamation point.

I like the update on building time and skipping a couple buildings. Amazing. However, since the last update the red exclamation point on discoveries is constant. It will not go away. I have checked every tab looking for it. Please fix this. Otherwise, amazing game. Thanks

The most recent update has made the game way more enjoyable to play. If you’ve been playing a while, building the characters castles took FOREVER! But with the most recent update they lowered building time and removed some steps in the building process. This has made the game so much better! Thank you developers!!!

My game is frozen

My game froze after the update. I was working on the new island and going through the tutorial when it froze. I’ve tried everything. Except uninstalling the game. I don’t want to lose anything. I can’t even contact support from within the game. Please help! FIX MY GAME! Please? My game has been frozen since 11/23/20 and the developers don’t seem to know how to fix this. And customer support is no longer responding to my emails.
