My game is frozen – EverMerge: Merge & match game Review

My game froze after the update. I was working on the new island and going through the tutorial when it froze. I’ve tried everything. Except uninstalling the game. I don’t want to lose anything. I can’t even contact support from within the game. Please help! FIX MY GAME! Please? My game has been frozen since 11/23/20 and the developers don’t seem to know how to fix this. And customer support is no longer responding to my emails.
