Pretty good for a merge game!

I like the game overall and would give 5 stars. My only issue is that there is not enough ways to replenish energy. It’s entertaining and fun and I play everyday!

I have been playing this game for a very long time. My husband even says I’m addicted to it. It is the one and only game I have ever downloaded and kept. I do love playing this game, and will continue playing the game. I would give it 10 stars if that was allowed, but right now it is only 4. The reason I gave it 4 was because it has gotten where I can only play on it for 30-60 seconds before it closes itself out and looses anything that I have done in that amount of time. I have to get on, do one thing and go play another game and come back later and do the same thing for it to keep my progress. It doesn’t do it on any other apps on my phone so I know it is not that. If that gets fixed or someone can tell me how to fix it, 5 stars easy. Like I said I love the game, I just wish I could play it as long as I want like when I first got it. Please help.

I had the game EverMerge, since Day 1, spent money because I have had always great customer service from them. They did a thing like an update, Took my money, cleaned out everything I built and had won, and left me to start over. I complained, they responded fast but couldn't resolve the problem. My ADVICE TO EVERYONE, THIS COMPANY CANT BE TRUSTED LIKE IT ONCE WAS!! Sadly, I won't purchase any more games from them including the ones in the stores. I have shared this with my family who has also loved Big Fish Games. I think it's very disappointing when you can purchase computer games from them and then you realize that they are just like everyone else, the Almighty Dollar!

Was enjoying game, but like so many others, new updates killed this game. Can’t keep it up long enough to do anything! Kept looking for an update with fixes, but alas nothing. I read other new reviews and see I am not alone with this issue. Fix soon or it’s deleted! With sooooo many complaints after the last update, one would think a new update would have been issued by now. What happened to customer service? And NO, I am not going to e-mail your techs, there are enough that have & obviously nothing has been done! I gave enough time, made many big fish purchases over the years, either you guy’s gave up, or Apple has!,

I feel in love with this game off top. I started playing over a year ago and have finally made it to lvl 18. It takes forever to get anything done. I’ve made quite a few purchases which is probably why I made to lvl 18 in the first place. At this point I’m over it. Word of caution purchases are required the further along you get. Or be prepared to spend endless hours days months just to create a character or move along on the map. Don’t get me started on how long it takes to get enough wands to open up the map. And the events…. You’ll only get the 1st 2 prizes but no worries at the end they’ll sell them to you for only 500 rubies. Nothing more and definitely nothing less.

I really like the game overall and the updates are fine but the game crashes every 5 minutes for me and I have to rest the game every time. Ready to just delete the app.

Basically I’ve been playing this game for about a few months now, and I still haven’t completed the tutorial. I had no clue that I was only playing a tutorial either. Aside from that it’s a good game for passing the time. Though unfortunately you do need WiFi to play this game, therefore you probably wouldn’t use it for when you have to wait in line for something.
