Great for events. The loading screen for the app needs to be fixed though. Overall great app.
I don’t want to be limited to where I live

I come from New York. I live in Maryland. So occasionally I want to join programs in New York or maybe other parts of the country. But I’m always getting the town I’m closest to throwing in my face when I’m trying to make my own choices I don’t like it at all. Also tonight I have a feeling I paid twice for this ticket. If I find out that’s true I will be after Eventbrite for the refund.

la peor app que conozco
Lamento no poder ver mi evento con sólo tres palabras clave y ver otros eventos por subir 10 o 20 de lo mismo y esto es injusto. Esta aplicación no está visualizando a los eventos.

Eventbrite knowingly let’s organizers post events that are fake or fraudulent. Then when users report that what they paid for did not happen or what was posted did not match the event you are redirected back to the organizer to ask for your money back. This is a losing process for the attendees because people who organize events with the intention to not put them on and collect money do not agree to refund tickets. I even contacted the CEO of Eventbrite (Julia Hartz) she didn’t even take the time to email back, just had a group that handles support email me to contact the organizer for refund. I don’t think it’s good business that a platform that is acting as a middleman with payments does not take part in making sure it’s customers get what they paid for. Shame on you Eventbrite

Eventbrite is my least favorite way to sign up for stuff because often event organizers do not email and can’t get in. I have very poor results attending events with this application I have missed many events due to lack of user friendliness of this platform
