Be careful! They will take your money and then when an event is cancelled, they will not issue a refund!!!
Not iPhone friendly

It would be way easier if I could put these in my iPhone wallet for venue scanning. I’ve only ever bought tickets for one band on here. I’m not going to keep an app for one single band.
iPhone Calendar won’t integrate

I cannot add events to my iPhone calendar. Both iPhone and Eventbrite are updates. I’ve closed everything and restarted it. Nothing works.

Look people use your app. We should be able to block dumb repeating events. We are slaves to bad data on here. Dumb. Computers filter data. It’s the easiest thing they do and you can’t do it here.

The app is a nice concept of providing with various events happening. However the design of the app can be improved to fit the iPad or iPhone properly and also there should be the possibility of seeing the app horizontally or vertically as it is quite limited in terms of design! Some improvements badly needed on the design of such a great concept! Thanks
Most confusing app/website ever

I am part of a virtual choir. They release a link for us to sign up for tickets to our Zoom calls each Monday morning at 8am. Last Monday I clicked the link in my email, it opened Eventbrite app and I ordered the tickets on my iPhone without any issue. This Monday (6/29/20) there is no option to purchase in the iPhone app. I logged into my PC and low and behold, I can order tickets. No upgrades are waiting, so why did the option of buying tickets through the iPhone app all of a sudden stop working? Another frustration - finding the link to click on to get me to the event I bought a ticket for. Wow, talk about feeling like I’m going crazy. Open Eventbrite to look for tickets - find tickets - wait, no link for an online event... look for Eventbrite email - find order confirmation email - look for link... oh wait, let me dig through 2 reminder emails on top of the confirmation email with no way to adjust the number of emails I get. One reminder two days prior, another reminder 2 hours prior, another reminder when it’s actually live. Why can I only “get important reminders for my next event”? Why can I select - just send me the confirmation email and another email when it’s live?

It would great if they were prompt in their customer service department with processing refunds, especially during this time where funds are short. Yet I’ve been dealing with a request to have a ticket refunded from an event they rescheduled for almost a month now. Highly unprofessional.
