I will not rent from Eropecar ever again
Couldn't be better
The US on-line service is????miserable; once you land in ?? Europe they demand two (!2!) different(!) Credit Cards, and at that they are very choosy, ??for instance refusing ??????????????"Maestro"??which is ??a Europe-wide Credit Card ! – zero stars, if Apple ??would let me do it ! ????????????????
Waste of time and money.

This company barely gives you a normal car for a reasonable price. And the app lags very often. On top of that, I don't receive SMS often.

I second the first comment - the app is bugged and unstable. Would better use something else.

Europcar always goes out of their way to help us. We've used them now for over twenty years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their cars, the great customer service or prices.
Phone number does not work

Your app is great but I cannot make a reservation because if does not except my US phone number. I have to use my computer that is not always available. Please fix this.
